 "TWINKLER" Wee Violin™
Beginner Program
&

"MUSICAL JOURNEY"
Violin Program

The "Twinkler" Wee Vioin™ Beginner Program is for children 3-6 years old and their parent(s).

The Wee Violin™ beginner program is:

  • for preschoolers (3-6 years old) and their parent(s) to begin their violin musical journey
  • based on World Music that children and families love to listen to, will want to practice, and connects generations and culture
  • uses singing and moving to develop the ear to play in tune, build motor skills, and technical, social and emotional skills
  • uses scaffolding techniques that will provide a solid foundation for healthy playing habits, good tone and intonation, enjoying the process to improve, and take their music making ability to new, higher levels
  • has a set repertoire that is learned by all students in their Private Lessons and enables them to play together in Group Lessons
  • is set up in a family friendly format that ensures you and your child will never miss lessons because of inclement weather or minor illness and you are in the comfort of your home

The "Musical Journey" Violin Program is for children 7 yrs+ and their parent(s).

  • This program incorporates the Wee Violin™ Beginner Violin program into the Suzuki Violin repertoire program.
  • Because your child is older, they will move through the Wee Violin™ portion of the program more quickly and move on to the Suzuki Volume One repertoire.

Both programs consist of a "student-teacher-parent triangle" learning experience.

Parent and teacher work together to ensure that the student learns and develops their full potential.
